So, after taking a quick break from Steampunk Sims to play Mass Effect on my spiffy new laptop, I was inspired by Bioware's (lack of)  choice of romance options for female characters to give my pencil and paper skills a bit of a workout. Hence, fanart.

Inspired by the quality custom content  on Garden of Shadows, and the fact that Steampunk is woefully under-represented in the Sims 2 community. I'm suspecting that John Culshaw is also probably more awesome than us. But only when he's Tom Baker. Such is the awesome of Tom Baker that it just cannot be contained by one person.

Ah, St. Patrick's day. A day where even those completely lacking in Irish ancestory can share in the spirit of  Ireland and the magic of drinking whiskey all night and not being hung over come morning. Or maybe I'm just lucky. Speaking of the luck of the non-Irish and in belated honor of St. Patrick's Day,  I give you 6 reasons why the Irish are the unluckiest bastards on earth . 


Also, I suggest that all good people should at least attempt to pick up Round Ireland With a Fridge , for a look at why Ireland is the most awesome nation on the planet. It's travel essay, the tale of one man and his mini-fridge  hitchhiking around Ireland, and it's hilarious.   To borrow from the book itself, it's a pointless book, but a damn fine one and somewhat unsurprisingly it won't do much to help you plan your next vacation.It's all about the journey, the people he meets, the nomadic human spirit  and quest for freedom as represented by a fridge.
